UCPath recently implemented the changes listed below.





General Ledger

Summary

Date

Updated the FY26 systemwide assessment rates for RPNI, RPSA, and OPEB, which were incorrectly using the prior year rates from 7/1/2025 to 8/8/2025.

Payroll and Compensation

Summary

Date

Updated the logic and date parameters on the Overpayments (R-409) report to ensure the program is resetting the values with each run.

Reminders: As we approach the end of the year, it is important for employees to review their information. Employees should verify their address, paying special attention to ensure that building, unit, or apartment numbers are not missing or incomplete, as this can affect the delivery of their tax statements.



Employees have the option to enroll to receive their W-2 and 1095-C forms electronically. The deadline to opt in for electronic W-2 statements and 1095-C forms is January 2, 2026.
