Absence Management
Summary

Resolved the issue causing a missing leave type on transactions when the employee was no longer eligible for the leaves

Added a new manager override reason to be used when an employee does not have access to a computer to acknowledge their performance documents

Resolved the issue causing "Not applicable" ratings to be included in the final calculation of ratings

General Ledger

Fixed the PAYGL02 program to include only SCT earnings rows that users have added/updated

Implemented a warning message to indicate either a FAU needs to be changed or earnings need to be adjusted between different FAUs for the same ERNCD and EARNS END DATE combinations for the SCT to be processed in Labor Ledger

Modified the supplemental E-095 process to resolve the issue causing missing accounts in the summary and detail labor ledger tables

Resolved the error that occurred when updates were submitted to the position job code and location values

Implemented a patch from Talemetry to correct an error causing the system to pick up an incorrect name after parsing an uploaded resume

Updated the system to allow the "Position Number" to be entered in the job opening details page

Resolved an issue allowing employees to apply for job as internal applicants for a different business unit (or location to which they do not currently belong)

Did you know: You do not need to submit a UCPath inquiry when using the new Benefits eForm

·         The new Benefits eForm submits enrollment information directly into UCPath so a case inquiry is no longer required

·         The following forms have been removed from UCPath because they have been replaced with the new Benefits eForm

o    Health Benefits Enrollment Form for Newly Eligible Employees (FR.008)

o    Health Benefits Enrollment Form for Life Events (FR.065)

o    HSA, Life Insurance, Voluntary Disability and AD&D Change Form (FR.066)

o    Late Enrollment Request (FR.006)
