Absence Management

Updated Post Doc parental earn codes to correctly reduce balances

Updated the system to prevent overlapping dates on award rows for unique POOL/DEPT combinations on the I-159

When there are multiple paychecks on one salary cost transfer, updated the system to use high risk approval routing if some (not just all) of the paychecks are high risk

Added the "Cubicle" field to the Smart HR Templates and Talent Acquisition Management (TAM) templates. This will enable locations to capture employee location information at the time templates are submitted ensuring the data can be reported to unions in compliance with AB-119

Modified the UCPath Security Clearance table so the completion date is populated using the Section 2 Signature Date from the I-9 in Tracker.  The E-Verify case closed date in tracker will now be used in UCPath as the date of E-Verify authorization.

Updated the system such that when a CWR exists within UCPath and then is hired as an employee, their new employee record triggers a message to the I-9 Tracker system to start their I-9 form

Fixed the issue causing mass hires (E-346) to fail when there are employees with an academic employee class with multiple components of pay are in a file along with rows that need job profile updates

Updated the USAID Salary Cap Rate for grants and cooperative agreements to comply with the agency's current guidance.

Did you know: UCPath works differently for future dated hires

  *   Employees with a future dated hire cannot use UCPath to set up direct deposit until their start date
  *   Future dated hires are not visible in Person Org summary or Job Data until the hire date for locations that have security set up by departments/ORGS (row level security)
