UCPath recently implemented the changes listed below.

Absence Management

Updated the sick leave accrual rules for academic year coordinators appointed on a 9/12 basis to only accrue sick leave during the 9-month service period (72 hours in an academic year depending on eligibility and appointment percentage)

Updated system notifications for FSA pandemic relief self-service events and language on self-service pages for employees entering elections on such events.

Updated the verbiage of the disenrollment email to reduce calls to the vendor

Added additional fields to the "Hours Toward Career Status" report (R-380): job code, job code description, FTE, full/part,  job expected end date

Added additional fields to the "Job Code" report (R-349): job codes,  union codes, last update date and time stamp

Payroll & Compensation
Summary

Updated CNB and SPN earn codes attributes, along with their dependent codes:
* Set "Pay Category Code" to 'Additional Pay'.
* Set "Time Code" to 'By Agreement or Prerequisite'.

Implemented the 3% across the board wage increase for the EX bargaining unit

Updated the system to no longer require a worksite ID when processing a transaction on a position with multiple incumbents and the incumbents are partially occupied

Updated the "New Hire Report" (I-105) so all locations are reported under one company.

Modified the E-078 to allow off-set deduction entries when locations submit "Emergency Pay" or "Instant Pay" and automate the deduction override process

Updated the 'Forgot password' email body to help applicants to identify business unit specific user names

Updated the system to allow locations to be able to override comp frequency on the TAM hire template before pushing to UCPath
