The UCR Wellness Program invites UCR Emeriti and Retirees to the Faculty
and Staff WellFest on *Thursday, October 22, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00
p.m. at the UCR Student Recreation Center*.

Get ready to recharge, reconnect, and celebrate! Mark your calendar for a
day dedicated to your health and well-being. Whether you drop in for a
quick breather or stay for the entire event, the UCR Student Recreation
Center will be packed with activities designed to help you unwind and
thrive.

Here is a preview of what to expect:

·       Movement & Rest: Energize with Morning Yoga and Express Pilates,
quiet your mind in a Mindfulness & Meditation session, or relax with a
10-minute chair massage.



·       Hands-On Fun: Get creative at our Succulent Potting Bar, leave a
note on the Gratitude Wall, craft your ideal brew at the DIY Tea Bar, or
relax with adult coloring.

·       Eats & Insights: Catch live cooking demos with Chef Val and Chef
Tardd, and receive personalized health insights with complimentary InBody
and movement assessments.
