Day





As we plan for UCR’s Give Day from Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. to
Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 12:00 p.m., we want to take a look back at the
progress we have made together in supporting UCR undergraduate students
through the UCRRA Undergraduate Student Scholarship. In the last four
years, we have awarded almost $65,000 to eighteen deserving students, who
were selected from over 150 applicants! Many of our recipients have been
children, grandchildren, or other close relatives to retirees, staff,
emeriti or faculty.



We need your help to continue providing our student scholarships by
contributing to our scholarship endowment during UCR’s Give Day.



Once again, SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union is generously supporting our
scholarship fund with a *$12,500 gift—unlocked when we reach our goal of
425 UCR retiree, emeriti, staff and faculty donors!* Help us make this
happen by donating during UCR’s Give Day. Be sure to make your donation
during UCR Give Day starting at 12:00 p.m. on April 7, 2026 so your gift
counts toward our goal. A huge thank you to SchoolsFirst Federal Credit
Union for partnering with us to make a greater impact on the UCR community!



We need you and your donation, big (as much as you want) or small (as
little as $10), to reach our goal of 425 donors! The need is great and the
impact significant.


Please mark your calendars for UCR’s Give Day on April 7 and 8, 2026 and
look out for a follow up communication which will include details of the
UCR Retirees’ Association Give Day webpage.
