UCRRA Bylaws Amendments for 2024

Dear UCRRA Members,

The UCRRA Executive Board authorized a review of our existing Bylaws in 2022, which resulted in major changes of our Bylaws. This year's amendments provide five additions and modifications. Please find attached the proposed 2024 amendments.

Per our Bylaws, any proposed changes to the Bylaws need to be sent to the membership at least fifteen (15) days in advance of voting. We will vote on these changes at our Spring Luncheon and Business Meeting on May 17th. Approval of the amended Bylaws requires a two-thirds approval vote of those members attending the Spring meeting.
