UCR's College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHASS) is seeking a retiree interested in a minimum six month assignment who has academic personnel, human resources, or academic affairs experience. This position will support the CHASS AP Team and is desired to have ACAD HR ANL 2 or higher experience. Please see below for additional details about the position. The target hiring range is between $32.00 - $36.00 per hour.

Assignment Dates
6 months with the possibility of extension, start date ASAP

Desired Experience
ACAD HR ANL 2 or higher work experience and knowledge. HR GEN 2 or higher work experience may be considered. Experience with Academic Personnel, Academic Affairs, or Human Resources required. Familiarity with Unit 18 Lecturers preferred.

Key Responsibilities

*         Review academic personnel actions, including merit, promotion, and appointment actions

*         Interpret and implement academic personnel policies and procedures when providing direction to Chairs and staff

*         Determines and assembles materials for academic review cases

*         Serve as back up support in all areas to the other Academic Personnel Analysts in the Dean's Office
