UCR's College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHASS) is seeking a retiree interested in a short-term assignment who has administrative and financial transactional experience. This position will support CHASS and is desired to have BLANK ASST III experience. Please see below for additional details about the position.

Assignment Dates
Tentative Start Date: March 2024 (Start date is flexible)
Tentative End Date: June 30, 2024

Salary
Based on experience

Desired Experience
BLANK ASST III experience with administrative and financial transactional knowledge. BLANK ASST I or II experience are also considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

*         Purchasing (P-Card, PO requisitions)

o   On average 30 per month or 2 per day

*         Reimbursements (Concur)

o   On average 30 per month or 2 per day

*         Events (speakers and seminars)- 4 to 5 per week

o   Lodging

o   Travel

o   Zoom set up

o   Room reservation

o   Food orders

o   Itinerary

o   Flyers

o   Communication with committee

o   Room set up

*         Recruitment

o   Lodging

o   Travel

o   Meal reservations

o   Itinerary

o   Room reservation

o   Zoom for candidate job talk

o   Flyer

o   Communication with committee

o   Room set up

*         Managing incoming calls and emails
