Information Technology Solutions (ITS) to support the upcoming migration of
UCR email and calendar services from Microsoft Outlook (Office 365) to Google
Mail and Calendar, scheduled for <b>August 21, 2025</b>. This change will
affect <b>emeriti and retirees who are still using Office 365</b> for their
UCR accounts.<br>
<br>
<b><span style="color:rgb(31,78,121)">This
migration does <i>not</i> apply to:</span></b></span></p>
<ul style="margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in" type="disc">
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin:6pt 0in 0in;line-height:110%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif">Emeriti and retirees who are
already using Google Mail and Calendar for their UCR accounts.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin:6pt 0in 0in;line-height:110%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif">Those who do not have a UCR email
or NETID in retirement, including those who declined this benefit upon
joining the UCR Retirees’ Association.</span></li>

is currently working to identify emeriti and retirees who are still using
Office 365. Once identified, the Retirement Center will reach out to confirm individual
