One Week Away to Support Graduate Students on Give Day




The UCREA leadership team is happy to share that the UCR Emeriti
Association Give Day webpage is now available to receive generous gifts in
supporting the *UCREA Graduate Student Travel Award*. To ensure that your
gift counts towards our fundraising goal, we ask that you make your gift
online during the timeframe of *Tuesday, April 7 at 12:00 p.m. to
Wednesday, April 8 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time* to contribute to this worthy
cause.

*Purpose of Giving*

Travel for a graduate student plays a very important role in their
educational success. Whether it is traveling to a national or international
professional society conference, symposium or workshop to present and
defend research or to pursue research travel or access resources available
at another location. The UCREA is committed to supporting UCR graduate
student travel and invites you to join in on this worthy cause.

*UCREA Give Day Goal*

Four generous donors have committed a combined pledge of *$4,000* in
support of Give Day. Their combined pledge will match donations to the
*UCR Emeriti Association Graduate Student Travel Award Fund dollar for
dollar, up to $1,000 per gift, up to a total of $4,000 for all gifts *
* UCR Emeriti Association Give Day Webpage*

All gifts are welcome! We kindly ask you to visit the webpage starting on
Tuesday, April 7 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time to give a gift at:
