Invitation to the 2026 UCR Faculty & Staff Picnic





Chancellor S. Jack Hu and his office is extending a special invitation to a
limited number of members of the UCR Emeriti and Retirees’ Associations to
attend the upcoming *2026 UCR Faculty & Staff Picnic on Wednesday,
September 9, 2026 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Highlander Union
Building (HUB) Plaza. *There are limited spots available and capacity for
the event can be reached at any time. *Registration is required* to ensure
food and space accommodation. Interested members must complete the interest
form linked below to express your interest. Once completed, a follow-up
email will be sent with instructions on how to *formally register* and
include meal selection.
