I write to bring to your attention the most recent report of the Council of
UC Retirees’ Associations and Council of UC Emeriti Associations
(CUCRA/CUCEA) Joint Benefits Committee, that can be found following this

The report gives updates on several continuing concerns such as survivor
issues, the efficiency and responsiveness of RASC, and return to active
duty, and a few others. There is also an important section on RASC security
that contains a brief description of a series of recent fraud incidents,
and the recommendations of this Committee to RASC in addressing this
problem.
