Via Benefits – Medicare Coordinator Program Members who are out of
compliance as of 10/21/2025





The Retirement Administration Services Center (RASC) has identified a group
of members (including eligible spouses) who live out of state and meet the
Medicare Coordinator Program’s eligibility requirements but are currently
out of compliance because they have not enrolled in a plan through our
vendor partner, Via Benefits.

These members must take action to remain eligible for employer-sponsored
medical coverage. Notification letters are scheduled for mailing on October
23, 2025, coinciding with the distribution of Open Enrollment print
materials. The letters will outline the steps required to bring coverage
into compliance.
