Benefits October 15, 2025 – December 7, 2025*




The Medicare Open Enrollment Period for UC’s Medicare Coordinator Program
(MCP) through Via Benefits runs from October 15, 2025 through December 7,
2025. During this time, emeriti and retirees living outside of California
can make changes to their medical and prescription drug plans. Changes to
plans must be made through Via Benefits to maintain HRA eligibility. If you
are satisfied with your current plan, then no action is needed.



Emeriti and retirees are encouraged to get their questions answered by
scheduling appointments early with Via Benefits’ Licensed Benefits
Advisors. To schedule an appointment or for more information on open
enrollment resources, please visit the The Groove from Via Benefits website
at: https://www.thegrooveviabenefits.com/medicare-oep.
