December 2!



The International Day of Giving is on December 2, 2025 and we invite your
kind donation to the undergraduate student scholarship and the graduate
student travel award funds represented by the UCR Emeriti and Retirees’
Associations.



Any amount that you can give will go a long way on ensuring the educational
future of our students and graduates.



For your convenience, we are listing those funds as follows:



*UCR Retiree’s Association Undergraduate Student Scholarship*

By supporting the UCR Retiree’s Association Undergraduate Scholarship, you
will join countless retired staff by raising funds to help undergraduate
students with financial need achieve their educational goals.

The Undergraduate Scholarship is awarded on an annual basis and is open to
all UCR undergraduate students who are the children, grandchildren or other
close relative to UCR retirees, emeriti, staff or faculty.

*UCR Emeriti Association Graduate Student Travel Award Fund*

The UCR Emeriti Association Graduate Travel Award Fund supports UCR Ph.D.
students in any discipline in need of funds to attend professional meetings
or conferences and pursuing scholarly activities at other institutions
and/or research sites.

The Graduate Travel Award Fund is awarded quarterly and is open to all
Ph.D. students in any discipline. It pays $1,500 to support domestic travel
and $2,000 for international trips. The program has expanded from a single
award in 2021-2022 to two or more awards per quarter in 2024-2025.
