Retirement Administration Service Center Offers Administrative Rehired Retiree Support


The Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) has announced the implementation of administrative support for retirees in response to the new rehired retiree benefits eligibility policy.

To better serve the rehired retiree population, RASC has enhanced the Monthly and Weekly Medicare Question & Answer Webinars, hosted by the RASC Insurance Liaisons. These sessions provide valuable guidance on Medicare enrollment and transitioning to the UC Medicare Plans.

Furthermore, retirees who have returned to work-or considering doing so-may now schedule personalized one-on-one appointments with RASC insurance liaisons for guidance on the rehired retiree policy. These appointments provide an opportunity to clarify coverage details, address individual questions, and an understanding of how the new policy may impact retirement health and welfare insurance benefits.
