HealthEquity – Updated Mobile App Pilot Campaign

HealthEquity released an updated mobile app on May 13, 2024, and the University of California has been chosen to participate in a pilot program designed to elicit early feedback during the month of May. The early access invite to the updated mobile app pilot program can be viewed at: https://hr.ucr.edu/sites/default/files/2024-05/healthequity-mobile-app-pilot.pdf.

An email was recently issued to current Health Savings Plan (HSP) members, and HealthEquity will send another on May 28, 2024 to gather input on the enhanced home screen and redesigned menus of the app.

Additionally, former HSP members with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) will not have access to this app until the scheduled general release of the updated version on July 1, 2024.
