Move Well Series Workshop Starts August 22, 2024
In collaboration with Environmental Health and Safety, Central Human Resources, and the Student Recreation Center, the Move Well Series Workshop will empower individuals with knowledge and tools to improve their physical well-being. Through education and activities, participants will learn the benefits of proper movement, gain strategies to implement movement daily, and receive guidance on posture, biomechanics, and injury prevention. The workshop explores research on movement's impact, addresses barriers to physical activity, and offers actionable steps for lasting change. Led by Ed Marchall, Jansen Cunanan, David Lee, Cecilia Guerrero, and Hung Wu, they will provide progressive movements to participants for a healthier, more active lifestyle. Weekly raffle prizes for participants who attend the sessions! Please see attached flyer.
