Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) Late Opening

Please be advised that on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, the UC Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) phone lines will be closed from 7:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. so that staff can attend an all-team meeting. Representatives will start answering calls at 12:00 p.m. through 4:30 p.m. (Pacific Time).

As a reminder from the communication sent on April 3, 2024, the RASC has new hours that became in effect on April 1, 2024. RASC representatives are now available to service calls from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (PT), Monday through Friday, with the exception of the April 17, 2024 date mentioned above.
