RASC Links Enclosed - Call Center Call Tree Options and Survivor/Beneficiary Support Phone Line

The Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) in their continuing efforts to improve customer service operations has shared the RASC Call Tree Options and the RASC Survivor and Beneficiary Support Line Menu Options to assist and encourage callers to select the correct option for meeting their need(s). These new features ensure member calls reach the correct servicing group as quickly as possible.

Members may contact RASC Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Call Center at 800.888.8267 and the Survivor and Beneficiary Support line at 888.825.6833.
