The Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) is pleased to announce the Survivor & Beneficiary Support team and telephone support line has arrived. This service enhancement provides support and benefits service specifically to survivors and beneficiaries of UC employees and retirees.

Survivors and beneficiaries may call 1-888-825-6833 for assistance in claiming their UC survivor benefits and receive guidance from a team committed to providing responsive and supportive service throughout the process. You may find the program details on Survivor & Beneficiary Support on UCnet at: https://ucnet.universityofcalifornia.edu/news/2023/03/the-uc-retirement-administration-service-center-introduces-dedicated-support-for-survivors-and-beneficiaries.html. The goal of this program is a high-touch user experience that delivers answers and survivor benefits quickly and conveniently.

The Survivor & Beneficiary Support team and telephone support line is a separate line dedicated to assisting beneficiaries and survivors only. The general contact number for RASC, 1-800-888-8267, should be used for retirement benefits questions and inquiries.
