Benefits Open Enrollment begins on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. and ends on Friday, November 18, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.

Satisfied with your current benefits elections? Not making any changes? Then, no action is required and all existing benefits will roll over to the new plan year effective January 1, 2023.

Open Enrollment 2023 Highlights

·        A 2023 Open Enrollment Virtual Presentation has been made available to assist emeriti and retirees in sharing the updated benefits information and answering questions you may have. The presentation can be viewed at: https://emeriti-retirees.ucr.edu/document/recorded-emeriti-and-retirees-open-enrollment-review-ppt.
·        Open Enrollment deadline: Make your elections by Friday, November 18 at 5:00 p.m.

·        Redesigned Open Enrollment website at: https://ucnet.universityofcalifornia.edu/oe/.

·        The UCR 2023 Benefits Open Enrollment website for retirees and emeriti will be available on October 27, 2022 for valuable information about this year’s benefit plans, and highlights important changes and information retirees and emeriti need to know about their benefit costs and options for the coming year. Benefits Open Enrollment Kaiser Permanente Workshop

·        Wednesday, November 2, 2022 | 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Medicare Eligible Retirees



Kaiser Permanente representatives will provide a summary of the Kaiser Permanente plan options and answer any questions you might have.
