Via Benefits – Change in Service Center Hours Effective July 1, 2022

Effective July 1, 2022, the Via Benefits service center will open Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time instead of 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Via Benefits conducted a recent study that shows that the call volume between 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. has dropped significantly because members are now able to get advice using other methods such as through their website, mobile app, or the self-service Interactive Voice Response system. This change will help them allocate resources during the peak calling time.

During the first week of June, the new service hours will be announced on the Via Benefits website at: https://my.viabenefits.com/uc.
