UC Retirement At Your Service (UCRAYS) Self-Service Direct Deposit Updates Unavailable until October 10, 2021

UCOP has announced that they are implementing an enhancement for UC Retirement At Your Service (UCRAYS) to strengthen a recently discovered vulnerability in the identity verification process. The "Change Direct Deposit" application will be unavailable through Sunday, October 10, 2021, until the enhancements have been implemented.
Through October 10, 2021, benefits will be instructed to submit the UCRS 160 form to the UC Retirement Administration Services Center (RASC) if they need to update direct deposit information. The UCRS 160 form can be viewed on the UCOP webpage at: https://ucnet.universityofcalifornia.edu/forms/pdf/ucrs-160.pdf
