Anthem – “Transition to Medicare” Video Posted in the UC PPO Plans Website
Anthem, Retirement Administration Services Center (RASC) and UC Health has partnered to create a video titled “Transitioning to Medicare” that is publicly available on the UC PPO Plans website at: https://www.ucppoplans.com/.

This video is intended for current Anthem PPO participants planning to retire and enroll in Medicare. UC benefits professionals and family members of soon-to-retire employees can also view the video to better assist them in retirement health plan decision-making.

Topics included:

·       Your Anthem Medical Plan Details

·       Your Pharmacy Plan Details

·       Additional Thinks to Know

·       Online Resources

·       Contacts You Can Count On for Assistance
Accessing the video:

1.     Visit the UC PPO Plans website at: https://www.ucppoplans.com/

2.     From the pull-down menu on the upper right side, select one of the following items:

a)    UC Health Savings Plan

b)    UC Care

c)     CORE

d)    UC Medicare PPO

e)    UC Medicare PPO without Prescription Drugs

f)      UC High Option Supplement to Medicare
      3.   Click ‘Menu’ on upper left side of the webpage
      4.   Scroll down and click on the “Transitioning to Medicare” option
