Re:         RASC Call Center Reopens to Accept Incoming Calls

The Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) has recently announced the reopening of their Customer Service Call Center. RASC representatives are continuing to work remotely due to COVID-19 but are once again available to answer phone calls directly.

*       RASC Call Center: Callers may contact a RASC representative on their toll-free number, 1-800-888-8267, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (PT)

o  Please note that RASC is experiencing a high volume of inquiries and callers may experience long wait times.



*       UC Retirement At Your Service (UCRAYS): Members may contact RASC by logging into their UCRAYS online portal and selecting "message" to send a secure message at

https://retirementatyourservice.ucop.edu/UCRAYS/Account/LoginE

UCRAYS offers convenient self-service options online including:

*       Sending a secure message

*       Viewing benefit income statement

*       Updating records such as address, direct deposit or tax withholdings

*       Estimating retirement income

*       Adding or changing a beneficiary
