out-of-pocket limit of <b>$10,600</b> is applied correctly to each family member.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%">While the overall family out-of-pocket maximum remains unchanged, no individual family member will pay more than <b>$10,600</b> for in-network medical services and prescription drugs. The individual-only
plan limit remains <b>$6,700</b>. <b>All Blue Shield HealthSavings+ members</b> should review the essential information below:<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%">Any adjustment will be based on eligible cost-sharing that counts toward the plan’s out-of-pocket maximum. If a member paid a provider more than the corrected member responsibility, the provider
will generally issue the resulting refund automatically after receiving the adjusted claim. Refund timing is determined by the provider.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%">Provider refunds will occur <b>after</b> the system corrections are completed and the member’s accumulations have been updated, which means the timing may vary and cannot be estimated at this

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%">If a provider refund is not received automatically, Accolade can assist the member with contacting the provider. Accolade may also assist with earlier provider outreach if requested, although
