at least three months before a member’s separation date.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">Individuals planning to retire will no longer have the option to elect “No Lapse in Pay” (NLIP), as RASC’s processing times no longer support this election.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">Please ensure that retiring employees submit the signed election form and any required supporting documentation via UCRAYS <b>45–60 days before</b> the intended retirement date.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
