<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">On July 1, 2023, the administration of COBRA continuation coverage for Postdoctoral Scholars transitioned from Gallagher Benefits Services to WEX. Going forward, WEX will send COBRA General
Rights Notices to newly-hired postdocs, and COBRA Specific Rights Notices to postdocs and/or their dependents who become eligible for COBRA continuation coverage upon termination of employment or loss of UC benefits. In addition, WEX will manage enrollment
and collection of premiums for those electing to continue coverage. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">WEX is currently working to add existing postdoc COBRA participants and those with pending eligibility to their system. UCOP expects this to be completed within the next week or so. Benefits
professionals who currently have access to LEAP<span style="color:#1F497D"> (<a href="https://employerbenefits.wexhealth.com/Login">https://employerbenefits.wexhealth.com/Login</a>),
