<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Effective Friday, October 21, 2022, the Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) disabled the callback feature on the RASC customer service phone line (1-<u>800-888-8267</u>), which was
previously offered<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>until 2:00 p.m. PT<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>each day. </span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="caret-color:rgb(33, 33, 33)"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="caret-color:rgb(33, 33, 33)"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Due to unprecedented call volume, RASC has been unable to effectively return calls. Going forward, callers will physically hold on the line and calls will
be serviced in the order received. As a result, very long wait times should be expected.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
