expenses count toward meeting the out-of-network (OON) deductible. However, out-of-network expenses do not count toward meeting the in-network deductible. While claims are adjudicating correctly, HSP deductibles are not computing correctly because the IN expenses
are not currently counting toward the OON deductible. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
