WEX in error included eligibility for the new Adoption Assistance Plan, which is open to all employees with full, mid-level and core benefits eligibility in the faculty and staff benefits program. When WEX receives an eligibility file; an account is created
in their system for that employee in anticipation of the possibility that they may use the plan, even if the employee has not used the Adoption Assistance benefit.
