<p class="MsoNormal">For the past few months we read about the new Pay for Family Care and Bonding Program. Under the proposed Pay for Family Care and Bonding (PFCB) program, effective July 1, 2021, employees who take an approved Family and Medical Leave to
care for a family member with a serious health condition, bond with a new child, or for other approved reasons may be eligible to receive up to 70% of their eligible earnings for up to eight weeks.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">UCOP has designed a series of training and Q&A sessions for those who administer and provide support for leaves to ensure campuses have the information it needs before the new program takes effect. Please take the time to register for one
