As a reminder, following an upcoming security enhancement for UCPath, users will need to update any bookmarks
or links to the “Ask UCPath” functionality.  Access to previous links were disabled as of Friday, February 13, 2026.

Users will be able to access “Ask UCPath” directly through the yellow button on the portal as always without interruption.  However, if bookmarked or linked to the help function directly, please update the link to https://ucpath.my.site.com/askucpath.

Previous links to https://ucpathsupport.force.com/askucpath will direct the user to an error page following the update. Please update any existing bookmarks or links to the new URL.
