The UCPath Center has advised they will provide newly hired employees and employees on leave of absence or short work break with the following communications and attached materials.
New Hire Communication - Mailing lists for Open Enrollment (OE) packets were generated using UCPath data as of October 17, 2025.  Employees hired after this date and before the start of the new plan year will receive a separate Open Enrollment packet by mail, which includes the attached New Hire Flier.

Benefit Billing Communication During the Open Enrollment period, employees enrolled in benefit billing will receive the attached letter by mail. This letter provides instructions on how to access the OE Leave Without Pay Enrollment Form.
