Kaiser Permanente has completed the update to the KP HealthConnect billing system for the Southern California region as of May 17, 2025.


  *   May 27, 2025 – Members received an email notification informing them that they may temporarily receive two billing statements.  The email also outlined the necessary steps to take and provided contact information for Member Services for any questions or assistance.


  *   June 10, 2025 – Automated calls will be sent to members, delivering the same information included in the emails.  Additionally, members with payment plans in the legacy system will receive extra calls with specific instructions related to their plans.


  *   June 10, 2025 – Members will begin receiving two billing statements.  The legacy system statement will include an FAQ section addressing the temporary billing changes.
