UCOP is excited to announce that, after months of collaboration, Prudential has launched a new Supplemental Health Plan Mobile App, designed to improve access to and support for employees enrolled in our supplemental health benefits - Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity.  The app is now available for download on the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.

This mobile app provides employees a simple and intuitive way to manage their coverage anytime, anywhere.  Please see the attached flyer for a QR code to share with employees.

Key Benefits for Employees:

- Easy Access to Coverage Details: Employees may view plan information, benefits, and claim status in real time.

- Fast and Secure Claims Submission: Claims may be submitted quickly and securely by uploading documents directly through the app.

- Real-Time Notifications: Members will receive updates on claim approvals, payments, benefit changes, and more.

Members are encouraged to take advantage of the app’s convenience in managing supplemental health benefits.
