Kaiser Permanente Sponsored Biometric Screening Event

UCR is partnering with Kaiser Permanente to offer an opportunity for all Faculty and Staff to receive free blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol screenings on the UCR campus.  Please register using the link below or QR code on the flyer.  This event is free for all Kaiser and Non-Kaiser members.

Participants may scan the QR code and select the time slot that works best for them.  Appointments will have priority access, but walk-ins are welcome.  Giveaways and a raffle for gift items will be held for participants.

Date: Monday, June 23rd

Time: 8:30 a.m. - 10:40 a.m. (appointments preferred, but walk-ins available)
11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (lunch)
12:00 p.m.-1:40 p.m. (walk-in and appointments)

Location: Olmstead Plaza
