One Pass Select Affinity, a fitness program available through Kaiser Permanente, will be increasing its pricing effective August 1, 2025.

Important Dates

  *   Registered Kaiser Permanente HMO members were notified via email on May 29, 2025.
  *   Membership cancellations must be completed by June 30, 2025.
  *   Membership tier changes must be completed by July 1, 2025.
  *   New tier pricing will take effect on August 1, 2025.

Kaiser Permanente HMO members registered with One Pass Select Affinity may cancel or modify their subscriptions by visiting One Pass Select<https://www.onepassselect.com/>.
