Due to an increase in fraudulent activity, especially on bank account data, UCPath is implementing additional measures to protect employee data starting at the end of July.  When employees want to view or update their self-service direct deposit information, they must complete the account number challenge.

The account number challenge will be displayed after the employee completes the self-service security questions.


  *   Employees must enter one full active account number tied to their direct deposit.
  *   The system allows up to three attempts to enter an active account number correctly. After the third unsuccessful attempt, employees must try again the next day.
  *   This step is required to view or make changes to direct deposit information. This added layer of security is critical in helping safeguard employee financial information.

Action Needed:
Employees must have their bank account number ready anytime they plan to update or review their direct deposit information in UCPath.
