The 2025 Retirement Review is now available on myUCretirement.com (https://myucretirement.com/) for UC career employees enrolled in the University of California Retirement Plan (UCRP) (Pension Choice). Note: The Retirement Review for career employees who selected the Savings Choice option will be released at a later date.

What Is the 2025 Retirement Review?

The Retirement Review offers a snapshot of the retirement income UC employees are projected to receive from all UC retirement benefits. It includes:

  1.  An estimate of their potential monthly retirement income
  2.  The percentage of their current income that they are on track to replace in retirement-their Retirement Readiness Score

The review encompasses:

  *   UCRP (pension) and the Defined Contribution (DC) Supplement, if applicable
  *   Account balances in the UC 403(b), 457(b), and/or DC Plans
  *   Capital Accumulation Payment (CAP) balances, where applicable

Employees also have access to an interactive modeling tool, which allows them to explore various retirement scenarios-such as increasing their contributions or factoring in outside income sources.

Please note: Retirement Reviews have not been generated for:

  *   Savings Choice participants (to be released later)
  *   Members with community property liens or pending Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs)
  *   Safe Harbor or terminated employees

However, these individuals may still log in to myUCretirement.com (https://myucretirement.com/) and use the modeling tool by entering information manually to generate a Retirement Readiness Score.

Communications & Resources
An email announcement is scheduled to go out in mid-July 2025 to employees whose Retirement
Reviews have been generated.
