* Accessibility improvements to the UCPath system and login page
Implementation Reminders:
* UCPath will be unavailable Friday, July 11 at 12:00 p.m. through Monday, July 14 at 6:00 a.m. (PT)

Changes Include:
* A top navigation bar, replacing the former left-hand menu
* Reorganized content into pages like Personal Information, Income & Taxes, Benefits & Retirement and Accruals & Leaves
* A Manager Hub and Transactor Hub for quick access to role-specific information
* An updated alerts section that can display multiple notices in a cleaner format
* A refreshed login page with a cleaner layout and improved accessibility
