Updated 2025 benefit documents have been posted to UCnet, and PDFs are available for download.
Printed materials will be available in early January 2025 on the all-new UC HR Publications Fulfillment Website. Another HRB will be sent out once they are ready, with instructions for logging into the new site.

Please note the updates to the Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) pertaining to these accounts include, added the "Reimbursement Amounts Available Following a Permitted Election Change Event" section in the Health FSA SPD to clarify the reimbursement process following a mid-year status change. Additionally, included new language within the "Reimbursement Via a Claim Form" section to emphasize the importance of depositing reimbursement checks in a timely manner to avoid forfeiture. For the Dependent Care FSA, added a footnote regarding the contribution limits for highly compensated employees in the 2025 plan year.

The Postdoctoral Scholars SPDs have been posted on the Gallagher website (https://c2mb.ajg.com/uc/home/welcome/).

The SPDs will be uploaded to the WEX site (https://uc-fsa.com/plan-documents) in January of 2025.
