For those who didn't embrace remote work before it became the norm, returning to the office full-time may feel like a step backward. Is remote work still the future, or will employers succeed in bringing employees back to the office? In this session, we'll explore the current state of post-COVID remote work with a focus on new RTO mandates, cover what the courts are saying related to remote work (and they're saying A LOT), share best practices for leading hybrid teams, and investigate the ways employers can determine what they can and can't accommodate.
