Update!  December New Employee Benefits Orientation will be via Zoom Only

DBRs, please do not share this information, it is for your use only in guiding employees to the December NEBO meeting.  Do not reply to this email.  Please send a separate email with questions to newhirebenefits at ucr.edu<mailto:newhirebenefits at ucr.edu>.

If you have questions about or need guidance regarding your benefits as a new hire or as an existing employee, join our benefits orientation meeting to get answers.

Please be advised the upcoming New Employee Benefits Orientation (NEBO) on Thursday, December 11, 2025 will be facilitated via Zoom only due to lower than expected in-person participant registration.  Existing registrants have already been advised of this change.
Should you receive any inquiries about the meeting, please refer employees to join the December session via Zoom<https://ucr.zoom.us/j/9252533750?pwd=MGpRR1NhbEJaVjJqR1pLVjU5OTJIZz09&omn=96312032667>.  No registration is required for Zoom attendance, but please log in with your full name for the attendance log.  The virtual session will not be recorded.  This change is for the December 11, 2025 meeting only.
