UCPath will introduce an Open Enrollment banner message on the Ask UCPath employee case submission form from October 31, 2024, to November 22, 2024, at 5 PM (PT). This banner will provide additional information and quick links related to Open Enrollment, ensuring accurate classification and routing of cases without delay.

This enhancement will help employees easily access important Open Enrollment resources, make informed decisions about their benefits and receive timely assistance during the enrollment period.

Changes:

  *   The Ask UCPath employee case submission form will display a banner message during the open enrollment period
  *   The banner will provide additional information and quick links related to Open Enrollment
  *   The banner will be displayed from Thursday, October 31, 2024, to Friday, November 22, 2024, at 5 PM (PT)
