UCPath announced the release of a new Job Aid designed to assist in managing mid-year enrollment changes for Health Flexible Spending Accounts (Health FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). This document outlines various scenarios regarding transitions between these accounts and provides clarity on when such changes are permissible. Please note that some rules have changed based on recent guidance from UC Legal.  Please review the document carefully and ensure team members who advise employees are up to date on the policy.
