Lincoln Financial our Disability benefits administrator is migrating the portal URL from www.mylincolnportal.com<http://www.mylincolnportal.com/> to www.LincolnFinancial.com<http://www.lincolnfinancial.com/>. This change involves transitioning user accounts to the new URL and will have minimal impact on users. The transition will occur in multiple phases beginning with users with employee access only.



Key Points:



  1.  Login Update: The primary change is to the login details. Users will undergo a simple validation process after entering their username and password.
  2.  User Navigation: After logging in, users will be able to navigate to the UC disability page, which will remain identical to the current landing page.
  3.  New User Registration: It is important to note that all new users will be directed to the LincolnFinancial.com homepage for initial registration. The MyLincolnPortal.com URL will remain available for existing users, who will be prompted to update their access.
  4.  Marketing Materials: Lincoln is updating all marketing materials to reflect the new LincolnFinancial.com URL and aims to complete the update by August 2024.



Lincoln will email employees who have recently visited the portal or have an active claim to share the steps to move their account access.
