Kaiser Permanente recently advised, effective July 31, 2024, new registrations for the self-care app myStrength ended due to the contract termination.  Other similar options for these services are available. Registered members may continue using the app through December 31, 2024, and will receive an email reminder of its termination in October/November 2024.

Calm and Headspace Care<https://hr.ucr.edu/sites/default/files/2024-08/1340917148_mhac-digital-health-care-apps_mmktg_ew_2024_flr_r1a_atv_mw_hires_nocrops_rgb_ada.pdf> (formerly Ginger) are two alternative on-demand apps Kaiser members may access at no cost.  “Calm”, is a wellness app for meditation and sleep that can be used by those ages 13 and older.  “Headspace Care” (previously known as Ginger), offers one-on-one emotional support, coaching and self-care activities for ages 18 and older.  Members may login to their account at www.kp.org/selfcareapps<http://www.kp.org/selfcareapps>  to download these apps.
